Careers in Sport + Leisure provides the platform for the country’s largest employers and young adults interested in fulfilling an ambition in the sports and leisure industry to meet and interact. The two day event, took place at the Sheffield Arena in 2009, and was the biggest event of its type. It brought together the biggest trainers, educators, employers and membership bodies in the sector, alongside the ‘next generation’ of 16-24 year olds who will ultimately become tomorrow’s workforce in the sport and leisure industry.

Building on the success of last year’s website, the updated site was launched early 2010. It remains a major selling tool and converts a high percentage of sales.

Our designs were bought to life once again by our friends at First Media Solutions and pulled it out the bag for the second consecutive year.

Event Branding 2009

The fluro orange and blue colours used at the event were used in order to appeal to a younger, vibrant audience.

The branding was used over a massive range of collateral including drapes, banners, pull-ups, t-shirts, hoodies, lanyards, badges and delegate bags.

Delegate Brochure

The delegate brochure was printed on newsprint in 3 colours to try and keep costs to a minimum. The brochure included speaker and exhibitor profiles and a detailed map of the arena.

Promotional Posters

A set of promotional posters were also produced and sent out to schools, colleges and universites.

Sales Brochure

32,000 dual purpose brochures were produced and sent out to potential exhibitors. The brochure also doubled up as a sales pack for schools, colleges and universities which we specially selected and targeted.

Website

The website was the first of many sales tools used to help market Careers in Sport+Leisure. Our designs were brought to life using HTML, CSS and Flash. Our friends at First Media Solutions got us up and running in no time.

Art Direction

The whole concept for Careers in Sport+Leisure is to see individuals in their day-to-day work gear. Whether they work in an office or on the slopes is down to you to decide. Photography by Laurence Dutton.
